Well done to Barry on winning his bout for the Yorkshire Challenge Belt against Kellys ABC boxer and belt holder Nasser Baz. Barry's fitness and high work rate for the full 3x3 minute contest was more than enough for his arm to be raised as the winner and the new belt holder.

Winning Start For Akram

well done to Akram Obaid on his first contest. Akram had to travel all the way to Newcastle for his first contest against K.Nicholson from Empire School Of Boxing on his home show. Straight from the first round Akram boxed with more control then I thought he would have for his first bout. He continued to do this for the following two rounds and as a result his hand was raised as the winner.

Adam Wins First Bout

Well done to Adam Taj on winning his first contest on Thursday 2nd February. Adam boxed Parson Cross ABC Boxer George Parkin having his second contest on his home show. The bout was a good bout for two novice boxers'with both lads digging deep and giving there all for three rounds of boxing. But the cleaner more accurate shots scored by Adam were enough for him to be declared the winner. I look forward to your development in the sport Adam' well done.
